Pine Level Baptist Church
has been a part of this community near Starke since it was begun as a Sunday School in 1914 by L.H. Futch and A.O. Strickland. It was organized as a church in 1915 and built its first building in 1921. Many changes have been made since then, but Pine Level's reputation as a Bible believing, missionary supporting church has not changed. Its members are committed to present the Gospel to all who would hear the good news of Christ's love for them. "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
